COMPREHENSIVE APPROACH TO LIVING
In one word Lifestyle that’s what we’re talking about, having a comprehensive lifestyle approach to living.
The key thing to remember is that we’re not talking about a luxury, we are talking about necessity.
It seems that until things go dreadfully wrong society seems to be ignorant of the rightful attention and mindful consideration that must be given to seven key areas of life in the “modern or western society”.
Lifestyle incorporates a multitude of necessary aspects in day to day living.
Admittedly it’s taken personal experience, digestion and regurgitation for me to arrive at this very definite place of knowing. On one hand it has been a very traumatic experience and on the other I have acquired the confidence and knowledge of knowing first hand the effects on every level of imbalance in each of the Seven Key Life Areas and gained a much overlooked respect for the co-dependence and interdependence of each.

Life Plans help to Design Your Life with the Lifestyle of your choosing
How many people consciously contemplate designing a life or making a life plan?
I’m pretty confident a large portion of the population don’t give credence to the fact that every aspect of our being is inter-dependent.
And yet, ignore or neglect any key life area and health and quality of life dissipate.
Think about it…
If you don’t have a guide how do you know where you’re going, that you’re on track, how long it will take to get to your destination and what contingencies you may encounter?
We must pay attention to each key area and find the balance that is right for our individual needs and circumstances.

Be pro-active not reactive, take responsibility for your self and your future
Okay, that heading sounds a little confrontational but bare with me for a moment and just consider metaphysical science, just for a few moments.
So you’re sick, look at your life, hopefully not the bucket list, not yet anyway 🙂 Although maybe that’s where you’re at. Then do it!
May be you’re stressed, feeling exhausted or run down, perhaps you feel things are happening and are out of your control.
Perhaps you’ve lost everything through a caustic marriage separation or irretrievable partnership breakdown.
And may be you’re in debt up to your eye balls because of someone else’s greed or an ill advised financial decision… the repercussions have been a domino of events leaving you feeling oppressed, hopeless and at the mercy of the public system.
