Projects

Plato stated “Necessity is the Mother of Invention”

I believe, perhaps also, it is the ultimate motivation for work of meaning

Absolutely, necessity has been a driving force behind projects or work (one and the same – a matter of perspective) I have undertaken.

Yet, it would, sadly, be remiss, not to mention against personal beliefs, education and training,  not to give greater credence to passion.

Whether or not passion is derived of anger or love, it cannot be denied passion is the powerful driving energy behind output.

It is without a doubt, if not for the spirit within us, which drives us and forces us to relate with life, we would be dormant, our existence only partly spent and our contribution to those around us a mere snippet of our ability. A looming shadow encasing our hearts and minds stifling us of growth, expansion and true expression.

Whether through creative inspiration or driven by a sense of moral and just purpose, our need to follow through on what weighs the heaviest on our hearts and in our minds is of foremost significance.

Nonetheless, the idea of passion conjures up, what I consider to be, divinely inspired purpose.

And so, within this realm of divinely inspired purpose, I have endured and shall endeavour to weave the magic of my own talents and experience, although the circumstances were far beyond my anticipation or wanting and far from a desire to revisit.

It is my aim to live my convictions daily and my intention to leave living legacies of those convictions for the benefit of fellow men, women and children.

Each of us have a unique path,  gifts and purpose to determine for ourselves.

What is yours?

For what does one have passion?

At this time, albeit a healing chapter, I believe, my quest is to utilize wisdom gained through personal experience, skills and knowledge learned, acquired and inherently known, to facilitate an environment supportive of individuals to enable myself and others to enjoy life.
